Perimeter & Landscaping Updates

July 20, 2021 Update

S&W has begun the final punch list items to close out the perimeter fence project. Our landscaping work has also begun. Initial weed clearing has been done at the monument, and the dead trees at the Decatur entrance have been removed. Many thanks to our neighborhood volunteers for the work done to date. We have put a deposit down with the landscaper, and we are on their official work schedule. However, we are still several weeks away from the landscaping work actually beginning. We will keep you updated as we know more about timelines.
